We at DataEstate Inc (the "Company," "DataEstate", "We," "Us," or "Our"), are committed to protecting your ("You," "Your," or "User") personal information and Your privacy.

This privacy policy (the "Policy") provides You with information regarding the types of personal information collected, processed, and used by Us and others on Our behalf to provide You with Our services (the "Services") and through Our platform, which consists of our website at www.dataestate.com (the "Website") and our mobile application (the "Application") (collectively, the "Platform"), through which the Services are provided.

The Company provides a Platform designed to assist its users in discovering and sharing real estate listings in designated locations as offered by the Platform from time to time (the "Listings"). The Platform may provide certain services and information regarding the Listings as may be made available by the Company from time to time as part of the Platform, and all features provided thereunder, including without limitation, providing Reports (as defined below), subject to the provisions of this Agreement (collectively, the "Services").

The platform is directed at licensed real estate agents (the "Agents") as well as other users accessing the Platform (the "End Users").

The Scope

This policy explains what personal information we collect from individuals, and how we use it, keep it safe, and share it. This Policy is part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.

In this Policy, "Personal Information" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or in combination with additional information that We have or that We have access to.

In this Policy, the "Processing" of Personal Information refers to any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Information, including the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction of Personal Information.

When do We Collect Information about You?

We may collect Personal Information about You in the following circumstances:

• When You visit or interact with Our Platform;
• When You create an account or log in to the Platform;
• When You complete or update Your user profile, investment criteria, saved searches, property alerts and other parameters;
• When You browse, bookmark, compare, or inquire about property Listings and related information on the Platform;
• When You upload or submit Listings;
• When an End-User shares Your Personal Information with Us as part of the Listing;
• When We obtain publicly available Listing information that includes Your Personal Information;
• When you purchase certain services from Us;
• When You subscribe to newsletters, register for events, participate in surveys or promotions, or otherwise opt-in to marketing communications; and
• When You contact Us or otherwise interact with Us via email, phone, chat, social media, or other channels.

You are not obligated to provide Us with any Personal Information about You. However, in some instances, not providing such Personal Information will prevent Us from providing You with the Services You and the Customers requested Us to provide and will prevent Your use of the Services or a part thereof.

When You provide Us with any type of Personal Information during Your use of Our Services, You are responsible for making sure You have all authorization and permission legally required to share this Personal Information with Us.

What Types of Information do We Collect?

We may collect the following types of Personal Information about You:

When you are an Agent or End-User

Registration information and Personal Information – upon creation of an account with Us, You provide Us with certain information, including Your full name, email address, age, Contact information, Customer name and address, position with the Customer, as well as any other information the We may deem necessary to collect at the point of registration.

Communication information – When you contact Us, through any channel whatsoever, including social media networks, You may provide Us with Your name, certain contact information (such as email address and phone), and the content of Your communication with Us.

Information we receive from third-party platforms

To provide You with the services we receive information from third-party Platforms related to the Listings. The information we receive is collected by such third parties and shared with Us under their respective privacy policy, or by You directly.

Platform usage information

This information includes online activity log, traffic information (including, without limitation, IP address, time of access, date of access, web and mobile page(s) visited, language used, operating system information, Your device information, crash reports and type of browser used, information regarding the device You used, including the hardware model, operating system and version, the website You visited before entering our Platform and other device identifiers). Some of this information may not identify You personally and therefore does not constitute Personal Information.

Platform activity information

Whenever You use the Platform, We monitor Your use of the Services and record Your activity. The information that We gather about You in this context includes any activity that You perform on the Platform, such as dates and times on which You will use the Platform, the length of time You will be using the Services on the Platform, the type of Services used, etc.

Use on behalf of a broker or a third party

When You are using the Services on behalf of a broker or third party, in certain circumstances, we can link the natural person using the Services to the organization on whose behalf such person created the account, and therefore, the information you provide and that We collect about you as mentioned above may constitute Personal Information about You.

Purchase information

When you make a purchase from us using the Platform we will process the payment token and additional billing information.

Aggregate Information

We may collect statistical, aggregated, and anonymized information relating to End-Users for analytics purposes, including business development and Platform improvements. Aggregated information is derived from Personal Information but does not relate to or identify any particular individual.

Communication Information

When You contact Us, through any channel whatsoever, including Our Platform, or social media, You may provide Us with Your full name, e-mail address, job description, telephone number and the content of your communication with Us.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information You provide Us (or others on Our behalf) and for making sure this information is transferred to us without violation of any applicable laws. Inaccurate information will affect Our ability to provide You with some of the Services, as well as Our ability to contact You as contemplated in this Policy.

Sharing of Personal Information

We will not disclose Personal Information about You to third parties except as detailed in this Policy. We may share Personal Information about You with third parties for the following purposes:

• Upon Your consent or instruction;

Retention of Personal Information

We will retain Personal Information about You only for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which such Personal Information is collected. We may retain Personal Information about You for longer periods if We find it necessary to comply with legal requirements applicable to Us.

Marketing Communications

You may allow Us to provide You with communications from Us, as well as from third parties, either in connection with the Services or in connection with other products and services. You may opt-out from receiving communications from Us by sending a blank e-mail to Us to operations@dataestate.team and/or by clicking on the unsubscribe link available in Our e-mails sent to You.
